We offer several types of lessons to suit the unique needs of each student, including both recreational and therapeutic lessons . We ride year-round, and our ring is equipped with lights for evening riding. We also have trails that can be incorporated into lessons as well.
We offer lessons for English riding, but do utilize Western tack, as well. We also believe it's important for our students to learn basic horsemanship and horse-care skills in addition to riding. We incorporate horsemanship into all of our lessons.

All lessons are by appointment only.
Lessons are open to ages 5 and up.
Our recreational riding program has a weight limit of 200 lbs.
Our therapeutic riding program has a weight limit of 180 lbs.
All new and new-to-us riders start off with a private lesson.
All therapeutic lessons are conducted as private lessons.

- 1/2 hour private lesson: $35/per rider
- 1 hour group lesson (intermediate/advanced riders only): $45/per rider
Lesson Packages:
- (4) 1/2 hour private lessons: $135
- (4) 1 hour group lessons: $175/per rider
- (8) 1/2 hour private lessons: $265
- (8) 1 hour group lessons: $345/per rider
Cancellation Policy:
Lessons canceled with less than 4 hours' notice will result in you being charged for that lesson. If you have purchased a block of lessons, the missed lesson will be deducted from your lesson package. This includes if the missed lesson was the start of a new lesson package. For riders who pay weekly, you are expected to pay for the missed lesson at the usual rate.
In the event of weather-related uncertainty/cancellations, exceptions will be made. We generally are in contact with riders at least several hours before their lesson if the weather is questionable.
As our lesson program, staff, and herd grow, we will more strictly enforce our cancellation policy to better reflect the time and resources required to schedule, prepare for, and conduct a lesson.
